  • Relocation results
  • Eligibility for government programs

All decisions made based on Website or Event content are made at your own risk.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. EVENT & SEMINAR LIABILITY WAIVER

This applies to all in-person and virtual Events.

Attendance is voluntary.

Participants assume all risks associated with attendance, including travel and venue-related risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

  • Guest speakers
  • Sponsors
  • Venue hosts

from claims including negligence.

The Company is not responsible for technical failures during virtual events.

10. MEDIA RELEASE

Events may be recorded or photographed.

By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be used for promotional purposes unless written notice is provided before the Event.
